We are now into week Four of the Fifth NZ Covid Wave.
Last week, the Boosted topped all the categories. This week, it’s the same.
- New Boosted cohort infection rate 16.21x the per-capita rate of the Unvaccinated cohort, down from 16.53x last week.
- New Boosted hospitalisations for Covid 5.37x the per-capita rate of the Unvaccinated cohort up from 3.34x last week.
- New Boosted ICU Admissions for Covid – 10, or .56 people per 100,000 Boosted. Unvaccinated, 0.
- New Boosted deaths 2.89x the per-capita rate of the Not Fully Vaccinated (0/1 dose) cohort, up from 2.49x last week.
