I have just been advised that Te Whatu Ora has decided to extend the period of time available to respond to whether they will even answer the questions.

I am not the only person experiencing these delays:

February – Te Whatu Ora supplied the Vaccination Status of All Cause Mortalities, but not the ages.

March – they said the data was already published publicly, it wasn’t.

April and May – they say suppling the ages will impair their ability to continue standard operations.

I’m being blocked from any information being provided at the moment as well.
I’ve had multiple OIA requests be transferred from MOH to Te Whatu Ora, only to then be told they want to charge a fee and “Te Whatu Ora's ability to undertake its work would still be prejudiced” pic.twitter.com/CM8zQa6IHo
