Thanks to Simon Anderson for this video, which clearly shows Granny’s just standing there.
She notices the feral pack has smashed down the barrier, and appears to be trying to escape or tell off the meth-looking woman who is pulling out the stakes on the inner barrier. Then the TRA thug identifies Granny, goes through the barrier straight to her, pushes her to the ground, then smashes her face in when she got up.
The action takes place in the center of the frame.
